Protein Bars With Marijuana Recipe

Here's a recipe for delicious and healthy cannabis-infused protein bars that you can make at home:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cannabis-infused honey (see note below)
  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • 2 cups quick oats
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

Instructions:

  1. Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cannabis-infused honey and peanut butter until smooth.
  3. Add the quick oats, vanilla protein powder, chopped almonds, dried cranberries, and chia seeds to the mixing bowl and mix until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking pan and use a spatula to press it down evenly.
  5. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or until it has hardened.
  6. Remove the mixture from the refrigerator and cut it into 12 evenly sized bars.
  7. Store the cannabis-infused protein bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

Note: To make cannabis-infused honey, mix 1 gram of finely ground cannabis into 1 cup of honey in a saucepan. Heat the mixture on low heat for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally. Strain the mixture through a cheesecloth or fine mesh strainer and let it cool to room temperature. Use the cannabis-infused honey in the protein bar recipe as directed.

These cannabis-infused protein bars are a great snack to help you stay energized and focused throughout the day. Just remember to start with a small dose and wait at least an hour before consuming more, as edibles can take longer to take effect than smoking or vaping cannabis.
