Cannabis Hummus Recipe

Here's a recipe for cannabis-infused hummus:

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans (15 ounces each) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup cannabis-infused olive oil
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
  • Water (as needed for desired consistency)
  • Optional toppings: drizzle of cannabis-infused olive oil, paprika, chopped fresh herbs

Instructions:

  1. In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, cannabis-infused olive oil, tahini, lemon juice, minced garlic, ground cumin, and salt.
  2. Process the ingredients until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add water a tablespoon at a time until you reach your desired consistency.
  3. Taste the hummus and adjust the seasoning if needed by adding more salt, lemon juice, or cumin.
  4. Transfer the cannabis-infused hummus to a serving bowl.
  5. If desired, drizzle a little cannabis-infused olive oil over the top and sprinkle with paprika or chopped fresh herbs for added flavor and presentation.
  6. Serve the hummus with pita bread, fresh vegetables, or your favorite dippers.
