Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup cannabis-infused butter (see note below)
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the cannabis-infused butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract to the mixing bowl and mix well.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Add the dry ingredients to the mixing bowl and mix until well combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches between each cookie.

Strain the mixture through a cheesecloth or fine mesh strainer and refrigerate until solid. Use the cannabis-infused butter in the cookie recipe as directed.
