Cannabis-Infused Cream Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 gram cannabis (decarboxylated)

Instructions:

  1. Grind the decarboxylated cannabis into a fine powder using a grinder or mortar and pestle.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat the cream over medium heat until it starts to simmer.
  3. Add the ground cannabis to the cream and whisk to combine.
  4. Reduce the heat to low and let the mixture simmer for about 30-45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Be sure not to let it boil.
  5. After 30-45 minutes, remove the saucepan from heat and let it cool slightly.
  6. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer or cheesecloth to remove any plant matter.
  7. Transfer the infused cream to a glass jar or bottle and store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
