Cannabis-Infused Honey Recipe

Certainly, here's a recipe for cannabis-infused honey:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of honey
  • 3-4 grams of ground cannabis (decarboxylated)
  • cheesecloth or fine-mesh strainer

Instructions:

  1. Decarboxylate your cannabis by spreading it on a baking sheet and baking it at 240°F (115°C) for 30-40 minutes. This will activate the THC in the cannabis, making it more potent.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat the honey over low heat until it becomes thin and runny.
  3. Add the decarboxylated cannabis to the warm honey and stir well.
  4. Let the mixture simmer on low heat for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally. Do not let the mixture boil.
  5. After 2-3 hours, remove the pan from heat and let it cool down a bit.
  6. Strain the mixture through a cheesecloth or fine-mesh strainer to remove the cannabis solids.
  7. Store the cannabis-infused honey in an airtight container in a cool, dark place. It should last for several weeks.

That's it! You can now use your cannabis-infused honey in your favorite recipes, such as tea or toast. Keep in mind that edibles can take up to an hour or more to take effect, so start with a small amount and wait to see how it affects you before consuming more. Also, be sure to label the container clearly so that others know it contains cannabis.
